Kepiting Kare
Bahan :
4 ekor kepiting
400ml santan kental
2 btg serai digeprek
3 lbr daun salam

bumbu halus:
6 butir bawang merah
3 butir bawang putih
1 cm jahe
3-4 cm kunyit
½ sdt terasi
1 sdm garam
¼ sdt vetsin/1 sdm gula pasir
2 sdm air asam jawa
6 buah cabe merah

cara membuat :
  1. Kepiting dicuci bersih dan direbus sampai kepiting mati dan warna kemerahan kemudian potong jadi 2 bagian.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum masukan serai, daun salam dan santan aduk-aduk.
  3. Terakhir masukan potongan kepitingan masak sampai kepiting matang dan mendidih siap untuk dihidangkan.
