Sate Makassar


Bahan :
  • 350 gram daging sapi
  • 2 sdm minyak goreng
  • Tusuk sate secukupnya
Bumbu Halus :
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
  • 1/2 sdt merica butir
  • 3 cm kunyit bakar
  • 2 butir kemiri
  • 1/4 sdt adas, sangrai
  • 1/4 sdt jinten, sangrai
Cara Membuat:
  1. Potong daging ukuran dadu
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Angkat sisihkan.
  3. Campur tumisan bumbu pada daging. Aduk hingga rata. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
  4. Tusukkan daging pada lidi sate. Lakukan hingga selesai
  5. Bakar sate sambil dioles dengan sisa bumbu.
